FRCX means that the chambers are intended for the transport of deep-frozen products (according to ATP) and that the cooling device is powered by the vehicle's engine - direct drive, dependent drive. This type of ice cream maker represents the most common middle chambers, intended for inter-warehouse transport, and much less often for distribution. Dynamic cooling (blowing) cannot achieve deeply low temperatures, which are achieved with eutectic plates - static cooling.
