UNIAL ALB 405 is a non-insulated superstructure made of panels made of a combination of aluminum sheets on a light combined steel-aluminum construction. The floor is made of water-resistant plywood, with an anti-slip surface, the thickness of which is adequate for the load capacity of the vehicle, which ranges from 12-30 mm. The anti-slip structure of the floor in the interior of the superstructure enables the prevention of sliding of goods and workers on the floor of the vehicle chamber during loading and unloading of goods. Loading into the superstructure is achieved as standard, but also with the help of rolling elements, potentially placed in the floor of the superstructure. The rolled elements can be integrated into the floor with a hermetically sealed connection, thus preventing external temperature and atmospheric influence.
To secure the load during transport, rails can be mounted - strips with openings for the placement of load dividers, at the required heights from the floor. By placing them in the supports that are integrated into the sides of the superstructure, the position of the load during transport is ensured. Holkers can be placed in the lower zone - profiles for protection when pushing pallets, which are used to "guide" pallets during loading and unloading and provide side panels with protection from possible impacts of goods during transport, and the holker itself (L profile) is additionally supported on the floor of the superstructure.
The fixation of the position of the loaded goods can be additionally ensured by means of the cargo lock integrated in the floor, which by means of the eccentric placement of the central pin can hold the pallets in a position that is safe for their transport.
