UNIPLAST SERBIA d.o.o. Šabac is an organization determined to establish a modern management system that will enable our users to gain permanent trust in:

Development

Development is directly related both to the wishes and demands of customers to create something new on the market, and to our ability to respond to them. After finding the best solution that the customer is satisfied with, we always include such a product in our standard production. In previous years, very creative upgrades have been produced for super inspired customers.

Vehicles, after verification on the market and validation with the customer, become the backbone of future orders, and over time strengthen the skeleton and heart of the brand. Every year, we start with the production of several new products, both completely new and redesigned, by finding better solutions in the production of existing ones... The above activities are also defined in the Quality Regulations, which over the years have not experienced major changes, regardless of the huge changes caused by the unstoppable development of the organization.

BUSINESSMAN OF QUALITY

As a company and individuals, we are determined to deliver quality products that meet and, whenever possible, exceed customer expectations, because only satisfied customers are the basis for sustainable growth, attractiveness and safety of our workplaces!

For us, quality is not only a goal, but also the basis of further growth, development and progress of the company. The customer is the center of our work, planning and interest. Constantly checking customer satisfaction with our work, respecting deadlines and agreements, the duty of timely active information of colleagues, customers and partners about possible changes, leads to the constant development of the qualifications of all of us and to the distribution of our knowledge, which enables general progress. Investments in infrastructure, computer systems, software and, above all, in our employees, lead to the goal, where the customer's desire is always at the beginning, and the customer's satisfaction is at the end.  Constant detection of weak points in processes and remediation above the level of personal responsibility, more pronounced closeness to customers, with specific marketing activities and innovations, with more transparency in processes, as well as with the division of responsibilities, simultaneous better control of the use of new types of freedom in the implementation of work, leads to the simplification of work flows and at the same time an increase in individual flexibility within increasingly clear and simple processes. We establish and develop partnership relations with our suppliers. We incorporate all requirements of relevant laws and standards into our work. In an effort to meet society's demands, we pay special attention to ensuring safety aspects in the use of our products. All employees are obliged to maintain the quality management system, according to the requirements of a large number of standards that we own and strive for continuous improvement of its effectiveness and efficiency. The above provisions on quality are binding for everyone in our organization, and a benevolent recommendation for all our partners and the society in which we live.

Uniplast technologies and engineering

From the establishment back in 1980 until today, every service and every new product has matched the range of knowledge and experience of our factory, like "years" on a log of decades-old wood. All acquired predominantly composite knowledge led to the formation of unique technology, which we have mastered and which enables us to produce uniqueness. The quality we achieve protects us from the attacks of any competition, because we do not hide a single detail of our own technology from the public, knowing that it is difficult enough and that it is a real challenge for any big future competitor. Having a big and real competitor is a treasure for any manufacturer who wants to go and reach the future. For now, we are already there.

The most profitable production process in the chain of our factory, ready to respond to all customer requests: answers of acid resistance, UV stability, color palette according to RAL and other tables, matte and glossy surface and other very important aspects of visual identity, and the quality and controlled weight of the "forty-five barkol" panels, puts this team in the rank of any independent profit center and reliable supplier.

Products - Tim LP composite panels are tested according to the following quality standards. They pass a large number of tests every day, according to the Uniplast test plan:
– hardness measured in Barcol units, according to DIN EN ISO 59, which determines how mature the material is
- resistance test according to DIN EN ISO 14125, to determine the properties of the material
- impact resistance test using the Charpy test, according to DIN EN 179, to determine the properties of the material
- for DMA measurement using a rheometer according to TM number: 10 - 10 - 045/1, to determine heat resistance
- test of external influences on the material, according to TM number: 10 - 10 - 043/1, which determines the life cycle of the material
–gas chromatography according to TM number: 10-10-026/1 to determine the content of the rest of styrene
- adhesion test according to TM number: 10-10-048/1 for testing delamination - delamination for applications on various substrates
- ball drop test / impact test according to TM number: 10-10-049/1, to simulate the effects of force for applications on various surfaces
- radiation exposure test - infrared / halogen radiation according to TM number: 10 - 10 -046/1 for heat resistance testing
- thermal tests - photography, as per the external test standard to determine expansion and behavior under the influence of heat
- torsion test according to TM number: 10 - 10 - 053/1, which determines the properties of the material
- artificial aging test (under a xenon arc lamp / Sun test) according to DIN EN 4892-2 and according to TM - number :10 - 10 - 007/1, for determining the life cycle of the material
– tensile strength test according to DIN EN ISO 527-4 to determine the properties of the material

We base all business transactions on our general terms and conditions of production, which are available upon request.
As for the possibility of use in the food industry, we have proper health control reports.
HACCP is also a very important standard, which is achieved by applying these materials.
The technology of application of insulating materials has resulted in superior ATP values.

The welding technology is the property of the organization and is based on the top steels of the Swedish manufacturer SSAB, which are used by people from our organization, certified welders.

A very important part of engineering is the design of sub-assemblies, subsystems and component selection. For example, for masses and dimensions we actively exchange data with the Finnish company TrailerWin; we coordinate the calculations of the auxiliary chassis using FrameWin software, while the complete design is done in SolidWorks; Catia is the basis for the analysis of individual components and entire assemblies, and the positioning of loading ramps and other cranes in accordance with LifterWin and the calculation values ​​of FrameWin; designing brake systems in cooperation with BrakeWin and Knorr Bremse, and we are also entering into cooperation with Wabco.

All this is verified by expert and equipped domestic and foreign laboratories.
