Uni°C Bond 80 Thermally insulated upgrade for transporting goods in multi-temperature mode.
The Uni°C Bond 80 thermo-insulated chamber goes on different Fiat, Renault, MB chassis with a gross weight of 3,500 kg, which allows the user to load 7EP with the N packing method (shown below), and thanks to the built-in, movable partition panel, the possibility of transporting goods in several temperature regimes within the same vehicle.
Uni°C Bond 80 thermally insulated superstructure (cooler) provides exceptional strength, with excellent loading capacity, with proven quality and long lifetime of the superstructure. The connection between the chassis of the vehicle and the upgrade is achieved through a suitable aluminum auxiliary chassis. Designed and manufactured with reinforcements as part of the sandwich panel production itself, it provides the user with security in terms of insulation itself, i.e. safe transportation of easily perishable foodstuffs, and here specifically in the minus temperature regime. The structural and high-quality insulation material Corafoam, with laminate composite coverings (in the color of the customer's choice), provides: UV-stable, acid-resistant, fire-resistant panels, which meet all the requirements of hygiene regulations and have HACCP, ATP certification. Thanks to the panel production technology and the excellent door sealing system, our thermally insulated chamber provides excellent insulation, which of course automatically affects better cooling and lower fuel consumption.
The composite floor, based on composite materials, represents a longer-lasting solution in the exploitation of the floor, as well as durability at high and very low temperatures. In addition, it has the feature of easy maintenance and suitability for the food industry, as well as high mechanical and chemical resistance. This chamber is closed from the back by a double-side door, which is provided with stability by two high-quality stainless steel locks, while the single side doors are placed immediately at the beginning on the right side, with an opening towards the rear panel, to facilitate access to the goods in the front part of the building and in the minus temperature regime.
Uniplast Serbia movable panel with gas springs, 45mm thick, rubberized, moves on the roof tracks (guides) from the upper side and lifts under the roof of the extension. It has two fans mounted on it, for the flow (exchange) of air from the first part of the chamber to the second (rear), with thermostats for controlling the operation of the fans. The partition panel has its own holders when it is in the raised position, i.e. the possibility of locking the panel in the raised position into the sides of the superstructure.
Of course, there are also 2 interior roof LED lamps placed on the side and rear left doors. In addition to the interior lighting, Al-u holkers with a height of 285 mm are placed on the front, sides and rear doors, as well as a row of wall omegas on the sides, into which the movable partition panel is locked.
In order to accompany the aesthetics of the vehicle but also achieve significant savings in fuel consumption, a spoiler was also mounted on the vehicle, which fitted in very nicely.
